To which countries does Vera Molina ship?
For now, we ship exclusively within Mexico, the United States, and Spain.

Orders placed before 18:00 (UTC-6) are processed the same day.
Delayed Orders
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If the maximum preparation and shipping time has passed, wait 2 more days and check your tracking information. If the package still hasn’t moved or arrived, contact us with your order number and we will assist you immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or with wrong items?
Take clear photos of the packaging and the product, include a brief description of the problem and your order number. Write to us at Support@vera-molina.com to resolve it as soon as possible.
