At Vera Molina, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple return and refund process to assist you.

Eligibility and Conditions

  • Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days after the delivery date.
  • Item condition: It must be new, unused, with tags and original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Non-returnable: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are marked as non-returnable on their product page.

Reasons for return and shipping costs

  • Our error (defective, damaged, incorrect item): we cover all return shipping costs. Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Customer's decision (change of mind, wrong size/color): the customer bears the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable.

How to initiate a return

  1. Step 1 – Contact us: Write to Support@vera-molina.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Step 2 – Repackaging: Securely place the product in its original packaging, including tags and accessories.
  3. Step 3 – Shipping: We will send you instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label. Do not send any package without our return confirmation (RMA).

Refund process

  • Inspection: Once the package is received, we check the item's condition within 2–3 business days.
  • Issuance of refund: If approved, we process the refund to the original payment method. Most are completed within 7 business days, the refund is issued in the same currency; variations due to exchange rates or bank fees may apply.
